This patient is a 39 year mother of three who noted that her skin was “jiggly” and loose and her tummy stuck out. She had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to flatten her stomach and skin removal to tighten skin and remove as much skin as possible from the lower abdomen. Suction of the hips also made the patient appear smaller and less “hippy”.
