Abdominoplasty 02

The patient is a 39 year old woman who complained of a prominence of her entire abdomen and wished a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). From the preoperative photos one can see not only that the abdomen is prominent but that there are multiple curves on side view and multiple areas of prominence on front view that create horizontal lines that detract from the beauty of the abdomen. Abdominoplasty surgery can flatten the abdomen and flatten all of the discontinued folds to create one flat area that is more beautiful because it makes the abdomen smooth. The patient was quite happy with her result and thought it also made her appear more youthful and energetic.
