Rhinoplasty Results
The patient was happy with her cosmetic results. She really liked her smaller nose and felt it went better with her face. She liked the idea of having a rhinoplasty performed in a way so as to look natural and that there were no tip-offs that she had had nasal surgery. Surgery of the nose can look obvious or overdone when too much of the bump is removed as this can make that space appear empty and the upturned tip too “cutesy”. Upturned noses that are short can also erase any ethnicity and cause the nose to clash with the rest of the face. So there can be a limit as to how small the nose can be made before the cosmetic result appears unnatural.
