The patient is a 39 year old woman who reported that she had a lot of excess skin about the center of the abdomen and that the quality of the skin was poor, with stretch marks and skin folding and skin thinning. The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) not only flattened out her tummy but was able to remove all of the injured skin and replaced that injured skin with high quality skin from the upper abdomen. She also felt that her result was very natural and with minimal scarring that was not apparent.
