The patient is a 36 year old woman who complained of loss of her youthful abdominal appearance after childbirth. The flap of skin that hung over the front of her bathing suit, bothered her in particular. She also felt that the youthfulness of her torso had somehow also been lost. She underwent a standard abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and loved the natural appearance of her abdomen after the surgery. She felt that her youthful shape had returned after her treatment and she especially loved the smooth contour of the lower abdomen with removal of the flap of skin that hung over her suit.
