The patient is a 37 year old woman who complained of a “pooch” where the entire abdomen stuck out. She also noted some fullness of the hip areas. A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) completely flattened the front of her tummy and suction was used to narrow the sides. She was really happy with her cosmetic results. From the photos one can see that she even has muscle definition over the front of the abdomen.
