The patient is a 34 year old woman who wished breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. She complained that her breasts were very small and she had lost all of her volume from childbearing/breastfeeding. She was especially bothered by the folded skin in the lower portion of her breast. She liked the idea of saline implants and 360 cc. implants as she had tried them on at her consultation.
She was very gratified by the surgery because the new implant volume expanded the lower portion of her breast while filling the upper portion of the breast in addition. The expanded lower pole also smoothed out the folded skin at the lowest part of her breast.
