The patient is a 28 year old woman who wished breast augmentation with saline breast implants. Since she was relatively small in stature, she wished to have an implant size that would compliment and go with her chest and body size. She wanted to have approximately a B size cup. She liked the roundness imparted by breast implants.
At surgery 240 cc. smooth surfaced saline breast implants were placed. A sizer was used intraoperatively to measure the exact volume in cc. to fill the pocket under the muscle and to achieve the patients goals.
The patient was very happy with her appearance after surgery and had soft, naturally appearing breasts.
