The patient is a 42 year old woman who complained of hooding that made her eyes appear smaller and she had trouble seeing the natural color of her eyes. She also didn’t like the deep wrinkles of her lower eyelid and she sought consultation of an eyelid surgeon. At her procedure, excess skin was removed from her upper lids while preserving lid health. The laser was used to remove wrinkles from her lower eyelid.
As can be seen from the patient’s photos, the laser treatment of wrinkles can not only remove most of the wrinkles of the lower lid but also remove deep wrinkles in this area and tighten lower eyelid skin, making it smooth and youthful in appearance.
