The patient is a 37 year old woman who noted looseness of the lower abdomen and loss of breast volume after childbirth. She didn’t want to be much larger breasted but rather just to fill the breast and achieve a good shape that would also look natural. She had placement of 275 cc. smooth gel breast implant which were placed submuscularly. At that surgery she also had a mini tummy tuck which tightened the muscle layer of the lower abdomen and removed any lose skin of the areas below the belly button. She was happy postoperatively that her were breasts were soft and natural and did not call attention to her chest because of the size. The patient was happy also that she had a flat lower abdomen and that less surgery was necessary to achieve that.
