Rachel Goetz is the Office Manager for Dr. David Newman Plastic Surgery. Rachel brings over 15 years of vast Management experience. She is Dr. Newman’s go-to person facilitating various roles of the practice.
Rachel has been managing Dr. David Newman’s practice for almost 8 years. She has assisted in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the practice.
Rachel also serves as Patient and Insurance Coordinator, promoting patient care in all facets of the practice. She offers guidance to all patients by explaining procedures, answering questions, quoting and collecting fees, and scheduling surgery. She delivers personalized attention to the detail of the entire patient experience.
Along with Dr. Newman and his entire team, Rachel fosters the continuity of care and enjoys working with all of their patients.
Nurse Alexandra Smith has experience with complete care of patients vital signs, pass medications, IV pushes, reading heart rhythm strips, administration of Botox and Derma Fillers, tattoo removal, IPL, CO2 Cortex lasers, as well as pre and post-operative patient management.
Nurse Roselle Aquipel RN has had a wide variety of experience including:
Dedicated, knowledgeable, highly experienced and compassionate registered nurse with 20 years’ experience. Provides quality care to the diverse population of patients for Dr Newman. Has extensive experience providing professional nursing care for patients during post-operative recovery. Performs discharge procedures planning and thorough patient education specific to physician orders.
30 years acute care experience with specialty in surgical ICU.
11 years with Dr. Newman working in pre op, OR and Pacu.
5 years out patient surgical center.

Lorenzo Candelario is a surgical technologist and was trained at The Loma Linda University Medical Center, in Loma Linda. He was a hospital corpsman while in the Navy. Personal interests include family, camping, fishing and mountaineering.
Nurse Kristina Mace is an active asset to our Temecula plastic surgery center staff. She provides safe care and education to our surgical patients. She is a reliable and trustworthy staff member that we are proud to have represent our office. Her history includes acting as a labor and delivery nurse, knowledge of Pitocin, experience as a relief charge, and education of patients.
