The patient is a 33 year old who felt her breast had always been small. She mentioned that she felt that her chest was wide and that her breast just didn’t fill the width of the chest and so she didn’t have “cleavage”, fullness of the upper part of the breast or projection and that her breasts appeared flat. She wanted to have a breast augmentation to enhance the size of her breast but also to really change the way her breasts looked.
Breast Augmentation
At the patients procedure which was performed comfortably under general anesthesia, a moderate plus profile smooth surfaced silicone gel implant was placed under the pec muscle. The patient was seen at the office the next morning and began a walking program that day to help with healing and get the patient back to her daily activities.
Natural Breast Augmentation
The patient was very happy with the natural appearance of her breasts with breast implant surgery. She was especially pleased that her new breast size “went” with her chest width. She commented after her surgery that she loved her new cleavage appearance and that her breasts were more projecting, fuller and were full but soft and natural feeling.
