The patient is a 46 year old woman who had a tummy tuck and suction of the hips and the flanks, which is the area right under the bra line. She was elated at the sight of her torso postoperatively because procedure was able to flatten her tummy and to streamline the sides of her torso. This streamlining increases beauty of the torso because it removes unnatural horizontal lines, like the skin flap of her lower abdomen and the horizontal line of the flank and replaces those disrupting line with smooth abdominal contours to create smooth contour lines.
