The patient is a 62 year old woman who complained of excess upper eyelid skin that blocked her ability to see her eyes. She also didn’t like the fat bags in her lower eyelids. She was less concerned about any skin excess or wrinkling in her lower eyelids. At her procedure, excess skin was removed from the upper eyelid via upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery). Fat bags were removed from inside the lid. No treatment was carried out for the excess skin of the lower lid as per the patient’s request. She was very happy with her cosmetic results and felt that she could see the brightness of her green eyes better. he also liked that the fat bags were gone and that she looked natural and without an “operated look”.
